Planning the journey has always been part of the joy.
For 15 years, I built a career in technology sales, precision, listening closely, and delivering without excuses were simply how I worked. Somewhere along the way, I also learned firsthand how hard it is to plan the perfect trip when your career and your family already have you running on empty.
Travel has been my lifelong love, long before it became my career. I’ve had the privilege of exploring more than 30 countries across six continents, and every one of them taught me something new about what makes a trip unforgettable, and what makes it fall flat.
Then I became a mom of four, and travel changed for me all over again. Planning trips with young kids in tow, through time zones, layovers, and nap schedules, taught me what actually makes a trip feel effortless, not just look that way on paper.
That’s why I started Lauren Loves a Trip. I wanted to be the person you could trust completely with something this personal, someone who genuinely knows your trip inside and out, has the access to make it extraordinary, and always tells you the truth along the way.
